Summary: Everything was good except when we first checked in the tv did not work and our room was pretty warm. A/c issue but we got switched to another rooms and everything was good

Summary: Great place to stay…would’ve given 5 stars but only that the mattresses were not that comfortable felt like was sleeping on a slab of metal. Otherwise very clean and and very friendly.

Summary: This is the second Tru stay that we had to wait an hour past 3:00 to check in. If you say check in is at 3:00, then the room should be ready. If I waited an hour past check out, would you be ok with that? It really makes me not want to stay at a Tru hotel again.

Summary: No non-dairy or vegetarian options for food. Tables were dirty and not cleaned quickly after others ate on them. Pillows need to be replaced or add more. They were flat. Floor had a lot of dust

Summary: Costumer service at the front desk-excellent! Very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast was served from 6-9, and it was alright. They can improve on the quality of coffee, it tasted like water. We were very tired, and had no problem falling or staying asleep due to noise, but if you are sensitive to noise, consider the fact that the back side of the hotel face the busy I-96.

Summary: This is our second time staying here this summer while we visited King’s Dominion. Breakfast is awesome. The pancake machine is a huge hit with my 9 year old. The rooms are nice, modern, clean, comfortable. Lobby is fun, we like all the various seating options.
